Civil engineering apprenticeship and training online (CEAT) for young engineers is critical for the future of any engineering organization, MDAs or firms.

Opportunity for pupilage or tutelage and apprenticeship and in particular for the training and retraining of fresh talent are important for sustainability but now very scarce.

We want to help young engineers get up and running by giving them the rudiments of civil engineering practice, basics of design, people and human skills, communication and presentation skills, business aspects, corporate culture, ethics, safety etc.

This online training platform is also in response to the yearnings and requests of engineers who attended some of my training workshops for Association for Consulting Engineering in Nigeria (ACEN).
